I came across Nature Pro SMP Melbourne’s advertisement on instagram. The advertising was professional and collected my attention. I found the correspondence to be helpful and informative for the questions I asked as well as prompt. Based on this experience I was satisfied to commit to an appointment. The studio is easy to locate with adequate parking. The staff are welcoming and respectful, studio space is clean and comfortable. The first SMP session took around 4hours, I was informed that this would be the case. This included meeting, continued discussions from previous correspondence and the actual SMP treatment. I personally felt comfortable with the actual procedure as I have had similar experiences previously however I can best describe it to a beginner as being a little bit unpleasant though very manageable with a level of body and mental fatigue setting in towards the end due to the duration of it. Very pleased with the support throughout from the staff member. And the final result was noticeable. All up there’s going to be three sessions and I am already booked in for the second. I would willingly recommend Natural Pro SMP Melbourne to anyone seeking a longterm solution to their thinning hair issue.

Undertaking a process such as SMP is an unconventional one but well worth it once you see the final results. I thank Kiah for her friendly yet professional approach from our initial phone consult right through to our final session. Amazing!!! Less than 20 minutes after my initial message to natural pro SMP I had a consult booked. Kiah was friendly, welcoming and knowledgable. I recently underwent scalp micropigmentation at Natural Pro SMP to conceal my traction alopecia, and I'm thrilled with the results. This procedure has restored the fullness of my hairline in a way that is permanent, was painless, and is the only guaranteed way to address the appearance of hair loss. I have a thick head of hair, but suffer from traction alopecia from wearing my hair in a tight style for many years, meaning that the hair follicles around my forehead had lost blood flow and died, giving me the appearance of a thin hairline which looked strange given that I actually have a very thick head of hair everywhere else! After managing traction alopecia for years with hair line filling makeup, I was eager to find a more natural-looking solution without the hassle of daily maintenance. I first went to several dermatologists who told me that because the hair follicles were dead in my areas of traction alopecia, there was no prospect of regrowing my hair. Once the hair is gone (as opposed to thinning) you are wasting your time and money on hair loss shampoos, pills and supplements (equivalent to eating toe nails to grow your toenails), and rejuvenation treatments etc - they will not work. Any doctor will tell you that once the hair follicle is dead there is nothing you can do to bring it back - don't be sucked in by marketing that tells you otherwise. My experience with Kiah, the technician at Natural Pro SMP, was exceptional. She was not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive to my needs and concerns. Kiah took the time to understand my desired outcome and went above and beyond to ensure that the results exceeded my expectations. One of the most remarkable aspects of my scalp micropigmentation experience was how painless it was. Kiah's gentle approach and precision made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. There is really no pain - for most of the area it felt like a gentle vibration, and at worst it felt like the sort of mild discomfort you would experience from having laser hair removal on a non sensitive area like your forearms. Since undergoing scalp micropigmentation, my daily routine has become infinitely easier. I wake up every morning looking polished and put-together without having to spend time styling my hair. The results are so natural that even I forget that I've had the procedure done until I look at old photos of what my hairline used to look like. In conclusion, I can't recommend micropigmentation enough, and if you are going to do it Natural Pro SMP and Kiah are the best in the business. If you're considering scalp micropigmentation you should meet with Kiah for a consult, because I really think this is the most affordable and efficient way to create the polished, youthful, and feminine appearance of a thick head of hair.

Never would I ever have left the house without fibres or coloured dry shampoo in my hair - that was until I had SMP done! I have had thin/fine hair since my mid teens and really noticed how much it was thinning in my early 20s. Having PCOS and then being diagnosed with androgenic alopecia, I was told nothing could be done to grow my hair back but at best, could try and hold on to what I had. Since having children, and the dreaded postpartum hair loss, it just wasn’t the same. I looked into hair toppers, purchased one but sent it back as it just wasn’t me. Feeling deflated, I then looked into SMP again and wow, my only regret was not doing it sooner! I had my SMP done at Natural Pro SMP and honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve tried everything in the past, including not one but two hair transplants, and nothing gave me the result I was looking for. I also had scars at the back from the transplants, and Kiah was able to blend and improve them incredibly well. I first came across Natural Pro SMP on TikTok years ago, and even after looking into other artists, Kiah was always the one I kept coming back to. I just loved her work. When I finally decided to go ahead, I booked a consultation and from day one Kiah made me feel comfortable, like I’d known her for years. She explained everything clearly, from the process to the before and aftercare, and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. The actual sessions were great too. Very clean setup, relaxing environment, good music and aircon on. I even found myself dozing off at times. It wasn’t painful at all, if anything it felt relaxing. The results are natural, clean and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m genuinely so happy with it. No one has even noticed I’ve had it done, which just shows how natural it looks. If anything, some people I know have asked why I never grow my hair like this because it looks better than shaving it completely bald. Kaih is professional, skilled and most importantly honest with her clients. I saw Kaih for my thinning hair for a full head density SMP. From session one to three the work Kaih does is detailed and each session saw progression. While SMP is mainly for men wanting a buzz cut look (shaved head), it can work for some men with slightly thinning hair. If you’re NOT ready to shave your head and have very thin hair, I’d recommended waiting. Kaih is very talented, but she’s no magician ;). She will give you the most realistic SMP service but the rest is up to you. P.s. her home business is set up neatly and professionally. I felt safe, comfortable and relaxed for the entire SMP journey (3 sessions over 2 months).

It is a 'must' to go and see Kiah if you want to get your confidence and your hairline back. Kiah has been awesome. Kiah makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. Being such a private studio, you can relax and enjoy the process. Kiah goes out of the way to make sure you feel at home the whole time. Recently had the density SMP treatment done with Simone at Natural Pro SMP and I’m really pleased with how it turned out. The process wasn’t without its challenges early on as have had hair transplant/s before, but to Simone’s credit, she stuck with it and made sure we got the result I was hoping for. At first unsure about whether scalp micro pigmentation would be suitable for a senior with a lost hairline I encountered Natural Pro SMP through the website. The video information looked promising although I needed some direct assurance that the procedure would be appropriate for someone in my position. After sending some photos I spoke to Kiah and was impressed by her personable manner and lack of sales pressure. She took great pains to explain the process and was accommodating over the start date as this was happening around the Christmas period. For a procedure such as this it’s important to have trust in the process and the person. At first I was tentative about moving forward. Kiah convinced me of the benefits of SMP and I was reassured through her competency and experience in the area. I then decided to begin the process. Having committed to the procedure I made it to the first appointment. Kiah suggested a hairline similar to my original shape also appropriate to a more mature person. The entire procedure was covered in three appointments and I am now extremely glad to have embarked upon the process. The result has far exceeded expectations and thanks to Kiah’s skill I am delighted with the outcome. The result has also impressed my daughter’s critical eye which is my reality check. My only negative comment would be addressed to myself – why didn’t I do it sooner! To anyone interested – what are you waiting for? Check with Kiah to determine if it would work for you. The 2 ladies I met here are absolutely hilarious, three very talented and well experienced staff work here. I had Simone fix up someone else’s work. Very very happy with the outcome and the laughter throughout the session, I even noticed I was dozing off at times and thought I was snoring but in fact it was actually Simone. I would highly recommend this crew to get your youthfulness looks back, I walked in old and on the way to the carpark had younger ladies staring at my new hair so I had to run to the car and beat them off with my walking stick wow.
